Lindsay & Rob’s story seriously should be a movie. And if it was, I’d definitely be first in line for one of the best chick flicks/romance stories of the year!  Lindsay & Rob met at Cheley Summer Camp in Estes Park, CO – a camp that plays a special place in Lindsay’s heart.  Lindsay’s family has spent so many years at Cheley, it made sense that her warm colorado summers were spent in Colorado’s beautiful mountain playground.  They met as kids and always had that special connection.  They wrote each other letters as the boys and girls camps were on separate parts of the property – and they both secretly loved the other.  Rob befriended Lindsay’s older brother – and one day they were discussing how they could be true brothers one day… Lindsay’s protective older brother suggested, “Well you could marry me little sister! Then we could be true brothers!”  It was the perfect plan. So Rob “proposed” at the age of studly 13 – not knowing that he would be asking that question a decade later. Their childhood dream of marrying their best friend will come true in August 2014.

When I heard Lindsay & Rob’s story my jaw hit the floor. I love every detail of how their lives took twists and turns to get them to where they are. It was only fitting that their engagement session took place in that special summer camp where they met.
