When I first pulled up for Dayna + Esteban’s Elliot Bay engagement session on a gorgeous sunny Seattle day, I thought to myself, “How have I never been here before?” This place is a hidden gem! Well at least to me anyways! The Elliot Bay area is not super crowded, has a marina filled with sailboats, a rocky beach, and a beautiful view of the city! – I’m sold! Plus, Esteban loves sailing and dreams to own a Sailboat one day, so Elliot Bay was truly the perfect location to capture this chapter of their journey!
Dayna + Esteban are an incredibly down to earth couple. They are both so authentic and have such giving hearts; and the more you get to know them individually – the more it confirms how special this relationship truly is. They are even more generous and thoughtful together as a couple, because they bring it out of each other! So I am so excited to celebrate alongside their family and friends in just 20 days – when they embark on a new journey in marriage!
Plus Dayna + Esteban have a similar dynamic to Agustin and I’s relationship – in that Esteban is also from Quito, Ecuador, where Agustin is from. So it’s fun to have a couple that understands our love for Ecuador, speaks spanish, and is just as excited about the Copa America Soccer Tournament coming up as we are!
I am so excited to be documenting their wedding story in just a couple of short weeks! But for now, enjoy these highlights from our time in Elliot Bay!
