You know when you meet someone or a couple and you instantly feel comfortable? Well within 5 minutes of meeting Adrienne & Scott – I knew…we are going to get along. :) I got connected with Adrienne & Scott through Scott’s best friend from high school, Jordan Demos, aka half of the dynamic duo that makes up Amy & Jordan Photography.  When Jordan wrote me and asked me if I was available and told me about this laid back couple that loves to laugh and have adventures – I thought, “Wow! I would love to meet them!”

Adrienne + Scott met through the online dating website, Jdate.com.  Adrienne had experienced a few ::cough:: horrible dates via online dating, and so when Scott walked through the door at their first date, let’s just say she was pleasantly surprised! They instantly connected and talked all night until the restaurant closed – it really was a hit from the start, so it comes as no surprise to hear that these two are tying the knot this upcoming June!

We arranged for our session to overlap with one of the weekends I was back in Colorado.  The week I flew in a CRAZY snowstorm hit Colorado!! I surely thought that I would be receiving a call to reschedule, but sure enough – Adrienne & Scott were up for anything and down to make the experience a true adventure!  Scott said, “We might be cold for a few minutes, but we will have these photos forever!” Wow..talk about ideal client!  We braved the cold (Adrienne really was a trooper!) and took full advantage of the beautiful snowy abandoned city streets, then went in for a quick happy hour drink to warm up before wrapping up our session downtown in Larimer Square.  Adrienne and Scott, just like Jordan described, were so easy to work with and enjoyable to be around!  After the session, we had dinner at their favorite date night spot Euclid Hall and I felt like I was grabbing a bite with old friends.
